Under their direction, “Never Sleep” forced three young men to sell themselves to others for upwards of 20-hours a day.

According to news reports, the arrest warrant detailed information about how the company flew the three young men (20-22) to NYC back in 2012.

There, they were forced to live in a small, cramped one bedroom apartment where they were made to engage in sexual acts in person and sometimes on a webcam with customers.

And the three young men did not live in the apartment alone. The Herald’s reporting suggests up to 8 men worked and lived out of the same unit.

At some point during August of 2012, the operators of Never Sleep moved the operation from NYC down to Miami, Florida.

Testimony given during the trial revealed that the men operating the prostitution ring kept the young men's passports.

The ringleaders also threatened the men and their Hungarian families if they refused to work.

Each of the victims were promised to make anywhere from $3,000 – $5,000 a month for “legal” escort work.

The lawyer representing Berji and Acs claimed the young men were willing participants and were manipulating investigators in an effort to remain in the United States.

It didn't work.

Sentencing for Berji and Acs will take place sometime in the near future. Mr. Vass was convicted in 2015 and given a sentence of 11 years in prison.
