Actor makes comments after criticism online

Handsome as ever, actor Brian Austin, best known for his role on 90210, made a series of statements that we think are amazingly affirming.

In an interview with Hollywood Pipeline, Green supported his and Megan Fox’s 4-year-old son’s clothing choices.

Why is he making these statements?

It’s simple. In July of this year, Fox posted several photos on Instagram. One of them contained a picture of son Noah in an Elsa dress. Soon later, the ugly criticism set in.

As stated in the interview made available below, Green shares that he doesn't care what people think or say. “He’s 4 and if we wants to wear it, then he wears it,” he said in very clear terms.

“It’s his life. They’re not my clothes. Obviously, I don’t wear the nice stuff. I’m wearing shorts and a T-shirt.”

Green believes kids should be allowed to be who they are and express themselves how they want to.

“I feel like at 4 or 5 that’s a time when he should be having fun. He’s not harming anyone wearing a dress. So, if he wants to wear a dress? Awesome. Good on him.”

In this way, Green is in agreement with Fox.

Previously, Fox also spoke to the importance of self-expression.

“I grew up in a Pentecostal household, it’s Southern Christian… the women in the church are only allowed to wear pants, you can’t wear dresses, you can’t wear make-up or jewelry, so it’s a really sort of oppressive environment to grow up in,” she said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

“But I sort of lean left of that now… Noah wears dresses. So, there are no rules. You can be whatever you want to be in my house!”

Here at GPB, we think Green’s public support of his son and all children who wish to express themselves through clothing is commendable.
