Before we dive too deep, you need to know that Cancers are feelers. One of the reasons our sign has two pincers (claws) is because we use them for touch. Without an emotional connection to another, not much can happen in the sack.
I’m not saying this is true one-hundred percent of the time. To be sure, some of us get our carnal needs met through the occasional hookup. But that’s not our truth north. Instead, we much prefer to be in a romantic relationship where the passion is high.

We also like to use our mouths as a tool of stimulation. I won’t go into a lot of detail here except to say that we dig using this orifice in several ways.
5. If you’re faking it, we’ll know
